Note learning aides for the music we sing can often be found at sites such as Cyberbass or CVI choral Midi (This site is run by a French Choir). An extensive collection of rehearsal aids is also maintained by John Hooper. These provide midi versions of much choral music that can be played by computer as a guide to various parts.
Alternative choral practice files are available for some of the works sung by HCS in a form that displays the music in normal notation while playing it back. The progress through the score is indicated during playback by a moving line. This form of aid makes use of music notation software, rather like a "word processor" for music, called Mozart.
A great number of choral scores are freely available on the internet from sites such as Choral Public Domain Library.
